HDNet's "Inside MMA" recently held their first-ever "Bazzie" awards to celebrate the 2008's best in MMA. And the winner of this award for "Biggest Breakthrough" was none other than M-1 Global's own Gegard Mousasi.
Gegard capped off his amazing year on Dec. 31 during FEG's "Dynamite!!" event in which he needed just two minutes and 32 seconds to knockout K-1 standout Musashi.
BIOGRAPHY:
Gegard Mousasi is a citizen of Leiden and has Armenian roots, was born in Iran and is a practitioner of Mixed Martial Arts. In Japan and the VS MMA is enormous popular. On the age of 8 Gegard moves to the Netherlands and gets familiar with martial arts by Judo. Nowadays he trains daily at sportcenter Sahinbas and he is a rising star at the MMA firnament.
