PODPOWER®

The PODPOWER is a real break-through. Since its introduction it is possible to use the NSD PowerBall to train your feet, ankles and (lower)legs. By training with the PODPOWER the muscles (benders, stretchers, inner and outer) are variably being trained. The exercises are very intensive and contribute to an optimal training. The PODPOWER challenges the nervous system to adjust a performance faster, more balanced and especially more precise (finer).

Not just the improvements of performers is important to sportsman, but also the prevention of injuries. For all sports in which feet, ankles and lower legs play are essentially involved, the PODPOWER is the sublime, new training aid.

Increase the intensity of training with the PODPOWER steadily. Start with a 30 second session per leg, at a low number of revolutions. Next you can increase the intensity and length of your training at your own pace. It is better to exercise twice a day for 2 minutes, compared to 4 minutes once a day. You will feel for yourself whether you can continue. You are your own trainer, and you decide whether it is worth to get your muscles turned sour with respect to the goal you want to achieve. Do not just train for longer periods, but also increase the number or revolutions during your exercise. And try to master all exercises you can do.
